Be aware you cannot get a full refund for your purchase if you change your mind, only a credit note. You can only return surplus packs after installation. This was NOT made clear at time of sale. I was told I could get a refund 28 days after pick up. Apparently Area manager cannot authorise a refund only company director. Load of nonsense. Better of at B and Q.
